DULUTH, Ga.--()--Cryogenic Control, provider of innovative remote monitoring and control solutions for cryogenic freezers, announces its first two distribution agreements with Paramount Gas Products and Cryo Inc.

Under the terms of the agreements, both Paramount Gas Products and Cryo Inc. become official distributors of Cryogenic Control’s first product, ELLN2. Paramount Gas Products will distribute in Colorado, Iowa, Illinois, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, and Wyoming. Cryo Inc. will distribute in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee.

Founded in 2014, Cryogenic Control is developing ELLN2, the first-of-its-kind comprehensive remote monitoring and control system for cryogenic freezers. ELLN2 installs on a PC and connects directly to Chart® MVE™ Biomedical freezer controller models TEC2000, TEC3000, and Vario using standard network cables. A fraction of the cost of other systems, ELLN2 does not require new temperature probes.

John Norton, Chairman of Cryo Inc. said, “I have sold cryobio equipment since the early 1980s. One of the major challenges end users face is not knowing if their freezers have problems when they are unattended. ELLN2 solves this problem and will be a valued asset to anyone that needs the security of knowing what is going on with the freezers at all times.”

Tim Fink, Co-Founder of Paramount Gas Products, said, “This innovation is an outstanding addition to our current cryo-biological sales and preventative maintenance programs. We are excited to deliver ELLN2 to customers in our area.”

“We’ve been overwhelmed by the response to our software from a wide range of organizations, including hospitals, government research institutions, animal health companies, and beyond. If ELLN2 prevents the loss of even one freezer, it more than pays for itself – not to mention the other features of the software,” said Matt Klusas, Chairman and CEO of Cryogenic Control.

Cryogenic Control expects to commercially launch ELLN2 in the third quarter of 2016. The company continues to welcome additional beta sites in the states covered by Cryo Inc. and Paramount Gas Products.
